Khmer Home Charity Association officially launch “Cambodia My 2nd Home” programme

(Phnom Penh): On Friday, July 22nd, 2022, Khmer Home Charity Association officially launched “Cambodia My 2nd Home” program at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel with more than 600 distinguished guests and government officials attending the event under the presidency of His Excellency Kirth Chantharith, Director General of the General Department of Immigration, representing the Ministry of Interior, in response to the invitation of His Excellency Nov Sokpheap, Chairman of Khmer Home Charity Association.

In this splendid ceremony, His Excellency Nov Sokpheap, Chairman of Khmer Home Charity Association, and His Excellency Kirth Chantharith, Director General of the General Department of Immigration, gave a warm welcome and opening remarks and cut the ribbon to officially launch “Cambodia My 2nd Home” program. Furthermore, the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce also participated in this spectacular event.

His Excellency Nov Sokpheap, Chairman of Khmer Home Charity Association, said at the official  ceremony that, “Khmer Home Charity Association has studied various aspects to fine-tune the marketing strategies and today hosts the Official Launch of “Cambodia My 2nd Home” program with the purpose of promoting the vision and mission of the association while strengthening trust and reliability, in order to attract international investors to invest in the Kingdom of Cambodia, especially in real estate, housing development, and in the area of leisure, recreation, finance, and information technology”. His Excellency  Nov Sokpheap requested His Excellency  Kirth Chantharith, Director General of the General Department of Immigration, as well as all stakeholders, to continue to provide cooperation and support to the association to enable “Cambodia My 2nd Home” prograame to run smoothly.

 

His Excellency Kirth Chantharith, Director General of the General Department of Immigration, also said that understanding the opportunity and potential of  “Cambodia My 2nd Home” program would be beneficial in contributing to the socio-economic development of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Ministry of Interior encourages the association to implement and make this program into reality since the program’s target is resourceful foreigners, investors, entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists, or intellectuals with high knowledge and ability. They are the main driving force for all the development of the country in this globalized, technologized, and innovative era.

His Excellency Kirth Chantharith, Director General of the General Department of Immigration, gave a positive response to His Excellency Nov Sokpheap, Chairman of Khmer Home Charity Association, regarding the request for the Ministry of Interior’s complete support for the “Cambodia My 2nd Home” program. He also encouraged the association to continue to maintain close cooperation with all the relevant ministries and institutions to study and explore to further broaden the legal aspects, especially the laws and regulations that are being applied to this program, to ensure that all foreigners will receive the finest services package during their entry / exit and stay in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

 “Cambodia My 2nd Home”, curated by Khmer Home Charity Association, is the only official government  program that is approved and recognised by the Ministry of Interior which allows foreigners who are investors in housing and leisure development to stay in Cambodia to enjoy a full package which includes 10 years Golden Visa and a broad range of VIP services to support members to invest and do business confidently in Cambodia. During the event, the first 18 members of “Cambodia My 2nd Home” were invited to receive a premium gift box directly from His Excellency Nov Sokpheap. The night ended with bright smiles from all distinguished guests, knowing that this unique program will generate more investment and development to Cambodia.

On the same day, Khmer Home Charity Association also launched its office opening in the afternoon for the “Cambodia My 2nd Home”, which is located at #199, St.63 Corner of St.306, Phum 2, Sangkat Boeng Keng Kang Ti Muoy, Khan Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
